Appointments require a referral from your GP or other medical practitioner. We will need to receive your referral before we can make the appointment for you. You can bring your referral into the practice, send it via email or fax, or have your doctor send your referral through on your behalf. Once we have received your referral, we will call you to make an appointment time.
